I looked at the invitation again. It was a dinner party for an escort at a townhouse in Chelsea that’s south west London, with Franz. These were actual classes she held, and the ages of participants ranged from 18 to 50. I should give it a go, as there were that many beginners, I wouldn’t feel out of place. I read the leaflet and asked a few more questions. This was the authentic style of dancing from the golden age of Burlesque, from the 1930’s -1950’s. Franz thought it the thought of my burlesque dancing was hilarious, but it was too late, I was going to give it a try.
